- 3 oz drained
- Celery stick
- 2 tablespoons chopped
- Red onion
- 2 Tbsp chopped
- Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp
- Table salt
- 1 pinch es
- Black pepper
- 1 pinch es
- Boston lettuce
- 2 leaf/leaves
- Lemon
- ⅛ item s, medium
- 1/2 can garbanzo beans
- 1/2 English cucumber
Instructions
- Combine tuna, garbanzo beans, onion, celery , and Greek yogurt in a small bowl; season with salt and pepper.
- Divide tuna salad among lettuce leaves; add cucumber and squeeze lemon juice over top.
- Makes 1 serving (2 filled leaves).
