Triple Chocolate Cake

This Triple Chocolate Cake is Easy to make, easy on your points and it’s Chocolate, that’s all that needs to be said! And it is just three points per slice on Weight Watchers! It also freezes very well. According to the recipe developer Dianna she froze half of the slices for 2 weeks and super moist still and she’s still eating it and it’s still delicious! 

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. box of Sugar Free Devil’s Food Cake Mix I use Pillsbury
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 2.5 oz. of Sugar Free Chocolate Chips I used Lily’s Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
  • 4 Tbsp of Sugar Free Chocolate Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 325 degrees grease chosen pan/or cupcake tin, i chose a fluted pan .
  2. Toss chips with a tablespoon of the cake mix, set aside.
  3. Add eggs, applesauce, cake mix, water to a large bowl and mix add tossed chips and beat for 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 39-43 minutes. I did mine for 40 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven when inserted toothpick comes out clean, let cool in pan for 10 minutes, turn out onto plate or cake stand. Leave to cool completely and when it’s cold to touch , drizzle your chocolate sauce.
