Made a three ingredient apple pie bowl today.. So excited to try. 1 weight watchers point per bowl, and tastes like apple pie
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups of fat free vanilla yogurt
- 1 ounce of sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 can sugar free apple pie filling 20 ounces
Instructions
- mix 2 1/2 cups of fat free vanilla yogurt with 1 box of sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- Add apples on top.
- each serving contains 1/2 cup of yogurt/ pudding mix) And 1/3 cup of apples.
- makes six servings!
- 1 point per container.
