SNICKERS BROWNIES – WEIGHT WATCHERS

Obviously that is not a problem. BUT, you will need self-control! I seriously could have eaten this whole pan of brownies! per serving 6 point

Prep Time 15 mins

Cook Time 30 mins

Total Time 45 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Pillsbury sugar-free chocolate brownie mix
  • 12 oz. Diet Coke
  • 6 oz. marshmallow creme
  • 2 tablespoons PB2 Powder
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free caramel sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Add brownie mix and Diet Coke to a mixing bowl. Stir 50 strokes with a spoon. 
  3. Spray an 8×8 baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Add the brownie batter and put in the oven 28-32 minutes.
  4. Remove brownies from oven and let cool completely. 
  5. Mix together PB2 Powder and water, then add the marshmallow creme a little at a time, while mixing together. 
  6. Spread mixture evenly over brownies. 
  7. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of sugar-free caramel on top of the nougat. 
  8. Place peanuts in a sealed zip up bag. Use a meat mallet to break the peanuts into small pieces. Sprinkle the peanuts onto the brownies.
