Ingredients:
- 1 box Pillsbury sugar-free chocolate brownie mix
- 12 oz. Diet Coke
- 6 oz. marshmallow creme
- 2 tablespoons PB2 Powder
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free caramel sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanuts
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add brownie mix and Diet Coke to a mixing bowl. Stir 50 strokes with a spoon.
- Spray an 8×8 baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Add the brownie batter and put in the oven 28-32 minutes.
- Remove brownies from oven and let cool completely.
- Mix together PB2 Powder and water, then add the marshmallow creme a little at a time, while mixing together.
- Spread mixture evenly over brownies.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons of sugar-free caramel on top of the nougat.
- Place peanuts in a sealed zip up bag. Use a meat mallet to break the peanuts into small pieces. Sprinkle the peanuts onto the brownies.
