These Smash Big Mac Tacos are a combination of two American favorite meals… a Big Mac and a crispy taco! They are crowd pleaser!

Ingredients
- 1 lb. 96% lean ground beef
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 8 small low carb white tortilla or corn tortillas
- 8 slices reduced fat American cheese
- Burger toppings: white onions, shredded lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, or Skinny Big Mac Sauce
Instructions
- Divide beef into eight 2 ounces portions.
- Place two ounces of beef onto each of the tortillas. Press down to flatten the beef into the shape and size of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle the beef with the garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium high heat. Spray the skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place one to three tortillas ( depending on your size tortilla and skillet pan) beef side down in the prepared skillet.
- Let them cook for 2-3 minutes and then flip. Cook the other side for 3-4 minutes or until the beef is crispy and cooked through.
- Add a slice of cheese on top of the beef and let the cheese melt. Repeat until all the smash tacos are cooked.
- Repeat until all the smash tacos are cooked.
- Top with your favorite toppings and burger sauce. Enjoy!
- Store leftovers in fridge for 3 days but these taste best fresh!! Reheat on skillet if desired.
