Ingredients
- 1½ lb. chicken breasts
- 1 ( 10.5 oz.)can healthy request cream of chicken soup
- 1 Tbsp ranch dressing powder mix
- 1 ( .87 oz.) packet of brown gravy powder mix
- 1 cup water or chicken broth
Optional:
- ½ cup fat free sour cream or non fat plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Spray a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add the cream of chicken soup, brown gravy mix, ranch dressing mix, and water or chicken broth.
- Whisk to combine. Add the chicken breasts and stir well.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 4-5 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker with two forks. Stir in fat free sour cream or nonfat plain Greek yogurt.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice.
