Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb. chicken breasts
  • 1 ( 10.5 oz.)can healthy request cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Tbsp ranch dressing powder mix 
  • 1 ( .87 oz.) packet of brown gravy powder mix
  • 1 cup water or chicken broth

Optional:

  • ½ cup fat free sour cream or non fat plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Spray a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. 
  2. Add the cream of chicken soup, brown gravy mix, ranch dressing mix, and water or chicken broth.
  3. Whisk to combine. Add the chicken breasts and stir well.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 4-5 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker with two forks. Stir in fat free sour cream or nonfat plain Greek yogurt.
  6. Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice.
  7. Enjoy!
