Check out this skinny strawberry poke cake. Cut it in 20 pieces and it is 4 points per serving on weight watchers .
Ingredients
- 1 box of yellow or white sugar free cake mix
- 1/3 cup of unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup water
- 3 eggs
- Mix pour in a baking dish..350 for 22 minutes
- Then let cool for about 20 minutes or so…poke holes all through it..
- Get a box of sugar free jello and dilute with 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold. Mix well then pour all over..be sure to get into the holes..cover and put in fridge (overnight is best)
- Top with sugar free cool whip and garnish with berries..
- this is very light and a nice dessert if you want something sweet.
