This ricotta marinara bake literally blew me away! This recipe is like the best part of the lasagna without the noddles! only 2 point
Ingredients
- -1 cup of low-fat ricotta cheese
- -1 cup fat free mozzarella
- -1 egg some do two, whatever your preference is
- -1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese this was my addition, you don’t have to add if you don’t want to
- -Italian seasoning to your hearts desire
- -1 cup marinara or spaghetti sauce I used Prego Traditional no sugar added
- -1 scoop protein powder for an extra punch of protein!
Instructions
- Mix the cheese mixture, Italian seasoning and egg well then cover the bottom of your pan and add your marinara to the top and sprinkle with more mozzarella, and Italian seasoning
- Bake at 375 covered for 30 minutes and done!
