I just made these little 0 weight watchers point protein cookies. They are delicious. Not real sweet but just right. I cooked in a nonstick pan on top of the stove.
Ingredients
- 1 smashed banana 0pts
- 4 tbls of vanilla protein powder heaping 0 pts
- 1/4 cup of dry oatmeal 2 pts which is roughly a teaspoon per cookie for 0 pts

- Mash banana, mix in the egg and peanut butter, then put the protein powder and oatmeal in. Mix it all together until nicely blended. Preheat nonstick pan on top of stove, drop a spoon full amount into the pan and cook slowly for 2 to 4 minutes or until brown, then turn it over and do the same. If you want them a tad bit sweeter you can add a low point maple syrup in.l, or a packet of stevia in the raw. But I chose not to. Can always use a syrup as a dip.
