Perfect Pizza Bites -Two points each on Weight Watchers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup fat free greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • I can’t believe it’s not butter spray
  • 1 1/2 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
  • 12 Field Roast Classic Pizzeria Plant-Based Pepperoni Slices 3 points
  • Optional 1/4 cup of pizza sauce for 1 point… for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Make the dough by mixing the flour, yogurt, baking powder and salt until dough
  3. forms. You’ll want to knead in a ball about 15 times. If it’s sticky add flour to your hands.
  4. Sprinkle a flat surface with flour. Roll your dough out into. rectangle (big enough to cut 6 slices vertically and one in the middle horizontally) Make those slices to create 12 “bites”.
  5. Add 1 pepperoni slice and 1/8 cup cheese to each “bite”. Keep them to one side of the rectangle so you can fold the other half over. Spray the perimeter of 1/2 with butter spray. Fold the other half on top of it. Use a form to go all the way around and press to close. Spray the tops with cooking spray.
  6. Bake them for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
