Peas with lemon and parsley

ingredients

salt and pepper
Olive oil – 3 tbsp
Turkish peas – 800 g
Red onion – 1 head
Parsley – 2 cones
Juice of 1/2 lemon

preparing rules
Both canned and dried peas will work for this recipe. If it is dry, wash it beforehand and cook until soft. Mix together lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Finely chop the onion, finely chop the parsley. Mix with the drained peas and pour over the sauce.
