Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Cups

These peanut butter frozen yogurt cups are a dream on a hot Summer day! You only need 4 ingredients to make these, and they are high in protein and low in sugar! You can meal prep them for the week and enjoy frozen or just keep them in the fridge for convenient little yogurt cups (will be yogurt texture in the fridge)

INGREDIENTS  

  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup dark chocolate peanut butter cups chopped

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, peanut butter and honey until smooth. Fold in peanut butter cups.
  • Line a muffin tin with 12 silicone muffin liners (can buy for $8 on amazon). Fill each cup ~3/4 to the top with yogurt mixture.
  • Freeze for 1-2 hours (not longer or ice crystals will form), and then enjoy or transfer to an airtight container.
  • OR instead of freezing, you can keep them in the refrigerator for convenient little yogurt cups (will be yogurt texture if kept in the fridge)
