Oven Baked Cheesy Dill Pickles

This recipe makes 24 pickles and each one is zero weight watchers points. Eating these = too blessed to be stressed. These are the kind of finger foods that you can actually enjoy guilt free. 

Bonus tip: make a fat-free Greek yogurt ranch dipping sauce which is a perfect creamy, smoky accompaniment. Yum!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fat free shredded cheese
  • 1 jar sliced dill pickles
  • Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Fill mini muffin pan half full w fat free shredded cheese, top w two dill pickle chips, sprinkle garlic powder on each one of the cups & top with more cheese. Bake 375゚ for 11 minutes
