👩🍳 Instructions (same as original, but light version):
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
2️⃣ Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spray skillet with nonstick spray and sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
3️⃣ Coat each breast with 1 tbsp light honey mustard dressing.
