This Noodle Free Lasagna made is with egg life egg white wraps. The entire recipe Surprisingly tasted pretty good and I couldn’t even taste the egg. This lasagna lives up to its name—literally. Instead of flat pasta noodles, the dish is layered with thin egg white wraps. In between, you’ll get cheese, pops of fresh basil, and the tangy tomato sauce of your choice (jarred or homemade) The Egg wraps totally mimic the texture and taste of noodles without the points! the entire recipe is four points or two points per serving!
Ingredients
- 6 egg white wraps
- 1/2 cup sugar free Ragu sauce
- 1 cup fat free cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded fat free mozzarella cheese
- fresh basil
Instructions
- I just used 6 egg white wraps and layered the wraps with 1/2 cup sugar free Ragu sauce (1 point) , 1 cup fat free cottage cheese, and sprinkled 1/2 cup shredded fat free mozzarella cheese (1 points) on top .
- I baked at 400° for 35 minutes.
