No fuss bean salad

I finally made this cold No fuss bean salad. It is delicious! The salad is essentially 0 points as everything is 0 weight watchers points

Ingredients

  • 1 large can Rotel
  • 1 can yellow corn
  • 1 can white corn
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can chick peas
  • 2 orange bell peppers
  • 1 purple onion
  • everything drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss all ingredients until well-combined. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
  2. You can add more, less or none at all to taste. Enjoy
