Loving that this lasagna is just two weight watchers points per serving! the entire pan makes six servings!
Ingredients
- Palmini noodles package o points
- 7 1/2 ounces low-fat ricotta 8 points
- 3 1/2 ounces fat free shredded mozzarella cheese 1 point
- 7 1/2 ounces Prego no sugar added italian sauce 2 points
Instructions
- I made this in an 8×8 pan the top 1/3 layer was a little shy on “noodles” but it all worked out. I really like this. Also per suggestion on the bag I boiled the “noodles” for 10 minutes to help soften them more.
- Then I layered and baked it 400 for 20 minutes or until cheese is browning on top.
- Also it was watery when I pulled it from the oven so I used paper towel around edges of the dish to sop up the extra liquids.
- Divide 8×8 into 6 slices it is two weight watchers points per slice.
