No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Lilys Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 cup No Sugar Added Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup Honey

Instructions

  1. Put the peanut butter in a heat-proof bowl and set in the microwave for 15-30 seconds or until fully melted.
  2. Transfer melted peanut butter in a large mixing bowl and mix well with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Tightly pack mixture into a 9×9 baking pan lined with parchment paper. Cover the pan with a sheet of foil and leave in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  4. Take out of the freezer and unmold. Cut into serving-sized portions.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
  6. Store leftovers in air tight container in refrigerator
