No more flat pancakes! We love these Meal Prep Protein Pancakes Recipe Makes 8  pancakes at 1/4 cup of batter for each

Ingredients

  • 7 tbsp of 2% cottage cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 159 grams of high protein pancake mix I use Kodiak Buttermilk
  • favorite syrup and fruit 🥞
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Blend until smooth:
  2. 7 tbsp of 2% cottage cheese
  3. 5 eggs
  4. In a medium bowl add:
  5. 159 grams of high protein pancake mix, I use Kodiak Buttermilk stir in your blended ingredients
  6. Pour out your pancake batter into a skillet prepped with cooking spray.
  7. Add your favorite syrup and fruit 🥞
