Mango Raspberry Cheesecake

This cheescake is a unique take on a recipe found on a Dutch blog site called ‘Oh My Foodness’. It’s “cheesecake” and even though it is not your STANDARD New York Cheesecake, its really good! 3 point per serving

Ingredients:

6 sheet(s)Wheat phyllo dough

1 container(s)Light & Fit Greek Raspberry flavored nonfat yogurt 2 smart points

1 Uncooked egg yolk(s) 0 smart points

2 egg whites 0 smart points

12Tbsp All-purpose flour 1 smart points

2 Tbsp Low fat cream cheese 3 smart points

2 Tbsp Splenda Granulated no calorie sweetener 0 smart points

1 Mango(es) 0 smart points

1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice 0 smart points

Directions:

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F

2. Take the phyllo sheets fold in half and fan around the pie plate.

3. Bake the phyllo sheets crust for 8 minutes at 350°F., 

4. In one bowl Mix the yogurt cream cheese, egg yolk flour and lemon juice well with a wooden spoon.

5. In another bowl beat the egg whites until stiff. 

6. Carefully add the splenda to the egg whites and beat for another minute.

7. Lightly mix the beaten egg whites into the yogurt mixture, with a spoon. 

8. Add entire mixure to  your phyllo doigh crust.

9. Drop the heat to 325° after you put in the “batter”.

10. pour blended fresh mango into the mixture. 

11.Use a chop stick to draw your design into your pie and bake for about 30 minutes
