Low-Point WW-Friendly “Egg McMuffin”

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs – 0 points
  • 2 slices center-cut bacon or turkey bacon2–4 points
  • 1 slice reduced-fat cheese (cut in half for layering) – 1–2 points

Instructions:

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet and place your egg mold inside. Crack one egg into the mold and cook until set. Repeat for the second.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon or center-cut bacon until crispy.
  3. Layer it up: egg → cheese → bacon → top egg.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy that “McMuffin” vibe—without the bun or the high points.
