Low-Point Pizza Roll-Ups

Ingredients & WW Points (per serving – makes ~4 roll-ups):

  • 4 slices part-skim mozzarella cheese — 4 pts
  • 8 slices turkey pepperoni (2 per roll-up) — 1 pt
  • 1 tbsp sliced black olives (spread across all) — 0 pts
  • Pickled jalapeños — 0 pts
  • Pizza seasoning or Italian seasoning — 0 pts
  • Nonstick spray — 0 pts

🍕 Total per serving (4 roll-ups): ~ 🟣 5 pts


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prep & Arrange:
    Lay parchment paper on a baking tray. Place your mozzarella slices spaced out evenly.
  2. Top It:
    Add diced turkey pepperoni, a few sliced olives, jalapeños, and sprinkle with pizza seasoning.
  3. Bake:
    Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 7 minutes or until edges get golden and bubbly.
  4. Roll ‘Em Up:
    Take them out, and while still hot, gently roll each slice using a spatula and butter knife.
  5. Final Crisp:
    Pop them under the broiler on high for 2–3 minutes for extra crisp. Watch closely!
  6. Serve & Enjoy:
    Let cool slightly, then serve with zero-point marinara or your favorite dipping sauce.

Tip : You can swap in fat-free cheese to lower points even more, but we kept it flavorful and balanced here.
