Low Carb Pizza Snack

2 cups shredded mozzarella

2 cups grated Parmesan

2 eggs

2 tsp Italian seasoning

Pepperoni slices

Pizza sauce for dipping

How to:
Mix cheese, eggs, seasoning. Spread on parchment-lined sheet. Top with pepperoni. Bake 350°F for 25 min. Slice and serve with sauce.

Carbs: Whole pan ~24-25 carbs; 1/4 pan portion with sauce is low carb.
