Cooking Instructions
- 1Roughly chop the tomatoes, onion Add them to a blender along with ginger garlic paste. Blend to a smooth puree.
- 2In a saucepan heat the oil. Pour the puree into a saucepan and saute on mild heat for 8 minutes. The quantity will shrink. Constantly saute to avoid splirting.
- 3Add pepper, salt, sugar and mix in. Then add the hot water. Bring to a simmer.
- 4Remove from heat and garnish with finely chopped coriander. Serve hot
