Cooking Instructions

  1. 1Roughly chop the tomatoes, onion Add them to a blender along with ginger garlic paste. Blend to a smooth puree.
  2. 2In a saucepan heat the oil. Pour the puree into a saucepan and saute on mild heat for 8 minutes. The quantity will shrink. Constantly saute to avoid splirting.
  3. 3Add pepper, salt, sugar and mix in. Then add the hot water. Bring to a simmer.
  4. 4Remove from heat and garnish with finely chopped coriander. Serve hot

  1. 250 gm tomatoes
  2. 1 small onion roughly chopped
  3. 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  4. 250 ml hot water
  5. Ground pepper
  6. 1 tsp Sugar
  7. Salt
  8. Chopped coriander (garnishing)
  9. 1 tsp olive oil
