  1. 1Take chicken in a bowl and marinate with yoghurt tikka masala ginger garlic paste and lemon juice
  2. 2Take wok and put chicken pieces in the wok add some water and ley it cook on slow flame until water dries out and chicken becimes soft and tender
  3. 3Cut all veggies in either strips or small cubes and wash them thoroughly
  4. 4Heat oil in a pan and saute all vegetables on low heat until soft and tender
  5. 5Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, zeera and lemon juice
  6. 6Serve both vegetables and chicken in a platter together
  7. 7Enjoy your healthy meal

  11. 1/2 corns
  12. 1/2 tomatoes
  13. 1 cup onion
  14. green chillies
  15. 1 cup green beans
  16. 1 tbsp zeers cumin
  17. Salt as per taste
  18. Pepper as per taste
  19. 1 tbsp oil
  20. cucumber
