Lo Mein weight watchers style

This Lo Mein weight watchers style recipe is just two Weight Watchers points per bowl. Whenever I’m having a Chinese food craving ( and lo mein is my favorite) this is what I make!

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp 1 pt
  • Frozen stir-fry vegetables 1 cup s
  • Egg 2 item s (large)
  • Simply Nature Hearts Of Palm
  • Linguini 3 serving s 1

Instructions

  1. Prepare the hearts of palm linguini according to the package.
  2. Add cooking spray to a pan and stir fry the plain veggies and add eggs.
  3. Add the linguini to your pan and top with stir fry sauce and a teaspoon of sugar.
  4. Cook until the noodles and veggies are mixed and browned.
