This Lo Mein weight watchers style recipe is just two Weight Watchers points per bowl. Whenever I’m having a Chinese food craving ( and lo mein is my favorite) this is what I make!
Ingredients
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp 1 pt
- Frozen stir-fry vegetables 1 cup s
- Egg 2 item s (large)
- Simply Nature Hearts Of Palm
- Linguini 3 serving s 1
Instructions
- Prepare the hearts of palm linguini according to the package.
- Add cooking spray to a pan and stir fry the plain veggies and add eggs.
- Add the linguini to your pan and top with stir fry sauce and a teaspoon of sugar.
- Cook until the noodles and veggies are mixed and browned.
