Lighter Baked Pimento Cheese Dip (WW-Friendly!)

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) block reduced-fat cream cheese, softened – 12 points total
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise6 points total
  • 3 oz reduced-fat shredded cheddar4 points
  • 3 oz reduced-fat shredded Colby Jack (or more cheddar)4 points
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained & chopped0 points
  • 1 (4 oz) jar diced pimientos, drained0 points
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce0 points
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce0 points
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder0 points
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper0 points
  • Salt to taste0 points
  • Cooking spray for baking dish – 0 points

👉 Serving idea: Pair with veggie sticks or WW-friendly chips/crackers to keep it light!


🍽️ Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, light mayo, cheddar, and Colby Jack until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in roasted red peppers, pimientos, Tabasco, Worcestershire, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt.
  4. Transfer to prepared dish and bake for 22–24 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
  5. Serve warm with fresh veggie dippers, or a few light crackers on the side.
