- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise – 6 points total
- 3 oz reduced-fat shredded cheddar – 4 points
- 3 oz reduced-fat shredded Colby Jack (or more cheddar) – 4 points
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained & chopped – 0 points
- 1 (4 oz) jar diced pimientos, drained – 0 points
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce – 0 points
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce – 0 points
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 0 points
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper – 0 points
- Salt to taste – 0 points
- Cooking spray for baking dish – 0 points

🍽️ Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, light mayo, cheddar, and Colby Jack until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in roasted red peppers, pimientos, Tabasco, Worcestershire, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt.
- Transfer to prepared dish and bake for 22–24 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
- Serve warm with fresh veggie dippers, or a few light crackers on the side.
