Crust Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan (reduced amount) – 6 points
- 1/2 cup fat-free shredded mozzarella – 0–2 points
- 2 eggs – 0 points
Toppings:
- 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken breast – 0 points
- 2 tbsp low-sugar pizza sauce or SF BBQ – 1–2 points
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat cheese – 2 points
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix Parmesan, mozzarella, and eggs together. Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet. Shape with a fork.
- Bake for 15 mins. Remove, add sauce, chicken, and cheese.
- Bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Slice and enjoy!
