Light WW-Friendly Version – High Protein Pizza Crust

Crust Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan (reduced amount) – 6 points
  • 1/2 cup fat-free shredded mozzarella – 0–2 points
  • 2 eggs – 0 points

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken breast0 points
  • 2 tbsp low-sugar pizza sauce or SF BBQ1–2 points
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat cheese – 2 points

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix Parmesan, mozzarella, and eggs together. Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet. Shape with a fork.
  3. Bake for 15 mins. Remove, add sauce, chicken, and cheese.
  4. Bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Slice and enjoy!

➡️ Whole pizza ~9–12 points (depending on cheese + sauce)
➡️ Slice (if 4 servings): ~3 points per slice
