Light & Spicy Tuna Spinach Pasta (Low WW Points!)

Guilt-free, spicy, and super satisfying!

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked zucchini noodles (zoodles)0 points
  • 1 can tuna in water, drained (4 oz) – 0 points
  • 2 big handfuls fresh spinach0 points
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion0 points
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped – 0 points
  • 1/4 cup crushed tomatoes0 points
  • 1 tsp tomato paste (optional for richness) – 0 points
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes0 points
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning0 points
  • Salt & black pepper to taste – 0 points
  • Cooking spray instead of oil – 0 points

🍽️ Instructions:

  1. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Add tuna, crushed tomatoes, and tomato paste (if using). Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Toss in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Add zoodles, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Stir for another 1–2 minutes until everything’s heated through.
  6. Serve hot with extra chili flakes on top if you’re into that 🔥.
