📝 Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked zucchini noodles (zoodles) – 0 points
- 1 can tuna in water, drained (4 oz) – 0 points
- 2 big handfuls fresh spinach – 0 points
- 2 tbsp chopped onion – 0 points
- 1 clove garlic, chopped – 0 points
- 1/4 cup crushed tomatoes – 0 points
- 1 tsp tomato paste (optional for richness) – 0 points
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes – 0 points
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning – 0 points
- Salt & black pepper to taste – 0 points
- Cooking spray instead of oil – 0 points
🍽️ Instructions:
- Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add tuna, crushed tomatoes, and tomato paste (if using). Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Toss in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add zoodles, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
