Light Million Dollar Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Cooking spray (for greasing the baking dish)

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish in a single layer.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together the light cream cheese, light mayo, shredded cheese, green onions, and crumbled turkey bacon until smooth and well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the topping is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
