  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce – 0 pts
  • ½ cup shredded carrots – 0 pts
  • ½ cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved – 0 pts
  • 2 tbsp reduced-fat shredded mozzarella – 1 pt
  • 2 tbsp reduced-fat shredded cheddar – 1 pt
  • 2 tbsp light croutons – 2 pts
  • 1 tbsp light vinaigrette dressing (or lemon juice for 0 pts option) – 1 pt (optional)

🥣 Instructions:

  1. Prep the Base
    Wash and chop the romaine lettuce. Place in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the Veggies
