Ingredients (8 servings / 8 sticks):
- 8 light mozzarella sticks (part-skim, low-moisture)
- 8 slices center-cut bacon or turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (e.g., Frank’s Red Hot)
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon light butter or 0-cal cooking spray
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.
