Homemade Pizza

I eat every day for breakfast. I never get sick of it either like I do with lunches and dinners. It’s super filling and high in protein and only 3 points for a very large serving, I cut this into 6 pieces and eat it all week

Ingredients:

onion, red bell pepper, 3 small-medium zucchini, 1 package of white mushrooms, half a bag of Morningstar plant based chorizo, 1 small can of sliced black olives, 11 beaten eggs, and sliced Campari tomatoes.

Instructions:

I sautée the veggies in olive oil, spray a large lasagna pan with Pam olive oil, lay out the cooked veggies, then add the olives and the “chorizo” (microwave it first for 3 mins), then pour the eggs over and top with the tomato slices. For spices I use garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and on top I sprinkle with dried basil and everything seasoning. Bake at 365 for 35 mins.
