This low point chicken caesar salad is going to be on a constant rotation in your meal plan. It’s easy to make, absolutely delicious, and goes with just about everything. Or have a big old bowl or wrap for a meal on its own. Even my kids ask for this simple chicken caesar at least twice a week!
Ingredients
- 4 Ounce Chicken Breast
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 8 Ounce Romain Lettuce
- 2 Tablespoon Caesar Salad Dressing
- 2 Tablespoon Crouton
Instructions
- Cook your chicken and place on a cutting board to cool.
- You can also use store bought pre grilled chicken slices or rotisserie chicken pieces.
- Combine the lettuce, chicken, salad, and crutons.
- Drizzle your dressing over the ingredients to your taste and toss or mix gently with a rubber spatula or pair of tongs to combine.
- Enjoy!
