Homemade Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe

This low point chicken caesar salad is going to be on a constant rotation in your meal plan. It’s easy to make, absolutely delicious, and goes with just about everything. Or have a big old bowl or wrap for a meal on its own. Even my kids ask for this simple chicken caesar at least twice a week!
Ingredients

  • 4 Ounce Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 8 Ounce Romain Lettuce
  • 2 Tablespoon Caesar Salad Dressing
  • 2 Tablespoon Crouton

Instructions

  • Cook your chicken and place on a cutting board to cool.
  • You can also use store bought pre grilled chicken slices or rotisserie chicken pieces.
  • Combine the lettuce, chicken, salad, and crutons.
  • Drizzle your dressing over the ingredients to your taste and toss or mix gently with a rubber spatula or pair of tongs to combine.
  • Enjoy!
