Grilled chicken breast with vegetables

Current favorite zero point lunch

  1. Grilled chicken breast
  2. 1 can of drained and rinsed chickpeas
  3. 1cucumber
  4. 1/4 yellow onion chopped
  5. Handful of grape tomatoes cut up
  6. 1/4 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt
  7. Dill
  8. Onion powder
  9. Garlic powder
  10. Salt pepper
  11. Lemon juice

Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy
