Current favorite zero point lunch
- Grilled chicken breast
- 1 can of drained and rinsed chickpeas
- 1cucumber
- 1/4 yellow onion chopped
- Handful of grape tomatoes cut up
- 1/4 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt
- Dill
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Salt pepper
- Lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy
