Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Parmesan Shells

Ingredients:

  • 1½ lbs steak (ribeye, sirloin, or strip), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 oz medium pasta shells
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear Steak: Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear the steak bites in batches, 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make Garlic Butter: Lower heat medium. Add butter to the skillet, then garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Creamy Parmesan Sauce: Stir in heavy cream, milk, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened, about 3–5 minutes.
  5. Combine: Add cooked pasta and steak bites to the sauce. Toss gently to coat.
  6. Serve: Garnish with parsley and more Parmesan if desired.
