Ingredients:
- 1½ lbs steak (ribeye, sirloin, or strip), cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 12 oz medium pasta shells
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup milk
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook Pasta: Boil pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sear Steak: Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear the steak bites in batches, 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Make Garlic Butter: Lower heat medium. Add butter to the skillet, then garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Creamy Parmesan Sauce: Stir in heavy cream, milk, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened, about 3–5 minutes.
- Combine: Add cooked pasta and steak bites to the sauce. Toss gently to coat.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and more Parmesan if desired.
