8 pts total or two points if you cut into four slices -it’s my weekly splurge. Almost had a glass of light wine with it, but decided to forgo as I’m still working on my 10 lb cushion.
Ingredients
- 1 entire Lavash bread
- 1/3 green bell pepper
- a few thin slices of onion separated,
- 1/2 of a tomato chopped
- a sprinkling of hot pepper flakes to give it a zip and
- 7 oz pkg of fat free mozzarella cheese.
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- lavash pizza that satisfied my craving!
- Place lavash bread on a pan with cooking spray bake at 350 F for 5 minutes till firm.
- Add toppings
- Bake again till cheese is melted. About 5 min. Yummy!
