fully loaded Lavash Pizza

8 pts total or two points if you cut into four slices -it’s my weekly splurge. Almost had a glass of light wine with it, but decided to forgo as I’m still working on my 10 lb cushion.

Ingredients

  • 1 entire Lavash bread
  • 1/3 green bell pepper
  • a few thin slices of onion separated,
  • 1/2 of a tomato chopped
  • a sprinkling of hot pepper flakes to give it a zip and
  • 7 oz pkg of fat free mozzarella cheese.
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. lavash pizza that satisfied my craving!
  2. Place lavash bread on a pan with cooking spray bake at 350 F for 5 minutes till firm.
  3. Add toppings
  4. Bake again till cheese is melted. About 5 min. Yummy!
