This recipe for Fruit Pebbles overnight protein oats is scrumptious It is four weight watchers points It tastes delicious And you can flavor it anyway you want by just using different protein powders. I personally use the fruity Pebbles dymatize protein powder which is 1 point per scoop with 25 grams of protein. I use one tablespoon of chia seeds and one tablespoon of milled flaxseed both which have three grams of protein each and one point each.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 TBSP milled flaxseed
- 1 Scoop protein powder
- 1 cup milk of choice
Instructions
- simply mix all the ingredients together in a 16 oz container and put it in the fridge overnight in the morning you have breakfast if you prefer your oatmeal warm microwave this mixture in the morning just fine
