One point per serving on weight watchers

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of monk fruit sugar
  • a teaspoon of vanilla.
  • I used monk fruit sugar which is zero points.
  • 1.5 cups of Greek yogurt.
  • 3 tablespoons of raw cocoa
  • 5 tablespoons of corn starch.
  • sugar free pudding Jello

Instructions

  1. beat 4 eggs with 1/3 cup of sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla. (I used monk fruit sugar which is zero points.)Then add 1.5 cups of Greek yogurt. Mix it well. Add 3 tablespoons of raw cocoa and 5 tablespoons of corn starch. Mix it well. (Next time I will add some fruit as well)
  2. Preheat oven 350. Pour it in a loaf tray preferably and bake it 50-60 minutes. Mine was done in 50 minutes. (Do toothpick test).
  3. Top it with fruit or jam or pudding or anything else you want or keep it plain with a coffee or tea 😍
