Ingredients
- 1 Vanilla Premiere shake
- 2 jumbo eggs
- 1 package riced palmini
- Pumpkin caramel skinny syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- I took 1 Vanilla Premiere shake
- 2 jumbo eggs buzzed that up in my blender then placed into a small pot… ( don’t go too small on the pot.
- I was very surprised it almost doubled in size as it heated up it raised up almost out of the pot, and then as it cooled, sunk back down)
- I cooked this for about five minutes stirring non stop!
- I took 1 package of riced palmini… I place it in a strainer and rinsed it well! Pressed out as much liquid as I could with a paper towel!
- Then I poured some pumpkin caramel skinny syrup over it (you csn use sny flavor you have) to try to flavor it a bit… and a sprinkle of cinnamon – about a teaspoon…
- I mixed this into the hot “hopefully pudding mixture” placed it in a container sprinkled a bit more cinnamon and refrigerated over night!!
- Huge success!
