Everything Bagel Pepperoni Pockets (Weight Watchers Points)

Ingredients:

  • Pepperoni slices
  • Cream cheese (light version recommended)
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • Keto-friendly marinara sauce (low sugar)
  • Optional: chopped jalapeños or green onions for a spicy kick

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread a dollop of cream cheese onto half of the pepperoni slices.
  3. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the cream cheese.
  4. Top with another pepperoni slice and press edges tightly to seal.
  5. Place the pockets on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
  6. Remove excess grease by patting with paper towels.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes:

  • For a vegetarian version, substitute pepperoni with zucchini slices.
  • Use cheddar cheese instead of cream cheese for a different flavor.
