Egg Roll Wrapper Manicotti

the total weight watchers points is 60 for the recipe and I divided it by 12 and came out to 5, which to me is totally worth it!

Ingredients

  • Nasoya Egg roll wraps
  • 12 wrap s
  • Part-skim mozzarella cheese 1 cup s (shredded),
  • Grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup s
  • Hunts Tomatoes Crushed 28 oz
  • Hunts Tomatoes sauce
  • 28 oz
  • Dried basil
  • 1 tsp
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
  • Onion powder
  • 1 tsp
  • Egg s
  • 1 item s (large), large
  • Fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 2 3/4 cup s

Instructions

  1. Add tomatoes, herbs and spices to sauce pan. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Coat 9×11 pan with sauce. Combine cheeses with egg and add dried basil to taste. Fill each wrapper with 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture and roll up. Place face down on top of sauce. Top with

  3. covered at 350 for at 15 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes. This makes 2 pans of 6!
