the total weight watchers points is 60 for the recipe and I divided it by 12 and came out to 5, which to me is totally worth it!
Ingredients
- Nasoya Egg roll wraps
- 12 wrap s
- Part-skim mozzarella cheese 1 cup s (shredded),
- Grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup s
- Hunts Tomatoes Crushed 28 oz
- Hunts Tomatoes sauce
- 28 oz
- Dried basil
- 1 tsp
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Garlic powder
- 1 tsp
- Onion powder
- 1 tsp
- Egg s
- 1 item s (large), large
- Fat-free ricotta cheese
- 2 3/4 cup s
Instructions
- Add tomatoes, herbs and spices to sauce pan. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Coat 9×11 pan with sauce. Combine cheeses with egg and add dried basil to taste. Fill each wrapper with 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture and roll up. Place face down on top of sauce. Top with
- sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake
- covered at 350 for at 15 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes. This makes 2 pans of 6!
