This Easy Skinny Coleslaw is a perfect side dish to any meal! It’s low in points and is great for potlucks, family gatherings, or your next family meal.

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
- 2 green onions, diced
- 4 Tbsp light Kraft mayo
- 2 Tbsp non fat plain or greek
- 2 Tbsp light or fat free Italian dressing ( I use Light Olive Garden dressing
- 1 Tbsp white granulated sugar substitute ( I use Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener )
- 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped-optional
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl combine, coleslaw and diced green onions . Stir until scallions are incorporated into coleslaw mix.
- In a small mixing bowl combine, light mayo, non fat plain or Greek yogurt, salad dressing, sugar substitute, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until all ingredients have been well combined.
- Pour dressing over coleslaw. Stir until the dressing has been well combined with coleslaw mix. Fold in cilantro, if using.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight before serving. This allows the coleslaw to absorb the dressing and all the flavors.
- Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
