This Easy Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil is a classic Southern summer favorite-packed with juicy shrimp, tender corn and potatoes, smokey turkey sausages, drizzled with a lightened up garlic butter, and then seasoned with old bay seasoning. This sheet pan meal is simple to make-and guaranteed to be on repeat at your house!

Ingredients
- 1 lb. baby yellow potatoes, halved or quartered
- 2 medium ears of corn, cut into 3 pieces per ear
- 1 ( 13 oz.) package Hillshire Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage, cut in 1/2-inch slices or 13 oz. andouille sausage, cut into 1/2 -inch slices
- 12 oz. raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 3 Tbsp light butter, melted
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook potatoes until tender or parboiled, about 10-12 minutes. Add corn the last 5 minutes; drain water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, corn, sausage, shrimp, garlic, old bay seasoning, melted butter, and season with salt and pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Spread onto prepared baking sheet.
- Cook for 13-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque and corn is tender. Remove from oven. Garnish with parsley.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
