This Easy Lightened Up Chocolate Chip Cannoli Dip has been lightened up using fat-free or light ricotta cheese, light cool whip, monk-fruit powdered sugar sweetener, and vanilla. Easy to make and ridiculously delicious
Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free or low fat ricotta cheese, drained
- 2 Tbsp zero point powdered sugar sweetener – We love to use Lakanto powdered sweetener. We do recommend using classic white granulated or the texture of the dip will be a bit grainy.
- 1/4 cup light cool whip
- 2 oz. reduced fat whipped cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp mini semi sweet chocolate chips, divided. You could also use Lily’s or ChocZero no sugar added chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl combine ricotta, light cream cheese, powdered sugar sweetener, light cool whip, and vanilla. Whisk until well combined.
- Fold in 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
- Pour mixture into a serving dish and garnish with 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips, if desired.
- Serve cold with apple slices, sliced strawberries, pretzels, graham crackers, or animal crackers.
- Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days
