Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey-you can use 99%, 98%, 97%, or 93% lean ground turkey. I like to use 98%  butterball ground turkey.
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp minced fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp ground sage
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

Stove Top Directions:

  1. Shape the ground turkey mixture into 14 small patties ( I use about 1½-2 tablespoons each and make them about 1/2 inch thick)
  2. Spray a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  3. When skillet is hot, place as many patties as you can into the skillet and let them cook for 4-5 minutes, or until browned on the bottom and beginning to cook up the sides. Flip and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes or until no longer pink.
  4. Remove patties from heat and repeat with remaining patties, if needed.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite breakfast items, inside a breakfast burritos, wrap, or sandwich.
  6. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  7. To freeze, let the patties cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Air Fryer Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix until seasonings are well combined with the turkey.
  2. Shape the ground turkey mixture into 14 small patties ( I use about 1½-2 tablespoons each and make them about 1/2 inch thick)
  3. Place the patties on an air fryer baking sheet and cook for 12-13 minutes at 350-degrees or until no longer pink.
  4. Serve warm with your favorite breakfast items, inside a breakfast burritos, wrap, or sandwich.
  5. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  6. To freeze, let the patties cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
