Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey-you can use 99%, 98%, 97%, or 93% lean ground turkey. I like to use 98% butterball ground turkey.
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp minced fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp ground sage
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
Stove Top Directions:
- Shape the ground turkey mixture into 14 small patties ( I use about 1½-2 tablespoons each and make them about 1/2 inch thick)
- Spray a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- When skillet is hot, place as many patties as you can into the skillet and let them cook for 4-5 minutes, or until browned on the bottom and beginning to cook up the sides. Flip and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Remove patties from heat and repeat with remaining patties, if needed.
- Serve warm with your favorite breakfast items, inside a breakfast burritos, wrap, or sandwich.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- To freeze, let the patties cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Air Fryer Directions:
