1 point Easy cottage cheese flat bread This recipes makes four servings and each serving is 1 weight watchers point You can’t use fat free cottage cheese -which will make the flatbread taste and appear more omelette like! we used two percent fat cottage cheese and it came out perfect!
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of 2 percent cottage cheese
- garlic salt
- pepper
- oregano and
- Basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper (coat with cooking spray for easy removal).
- combined cottage cheese and eggs in a blender; puree until smooth.
- Spread cheese mixture into a large rectangular flatbread shape on the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven and sprinkle with optional fresh herbs. Bake until cooked through, about 15 to 20 minutes more.
- Bake at 40 mins at 350. Amazing ! Didn’t eat it all but saved some slices with paper towel in between them in a baggie on the counter for now to see how it keeps for tomorrow ! Again .. AMAZING !
