Easy breakfast pizza

My latest breakfast obsession, easy breakfast pizza. 3 weight watchers points total.

Ingredients

  • 1 la banderita carb counter whole wheat tortilla 1 point
  • 3 eggs 0 points
  • 1/3 cup fat free cottage cheese 0 points
  • 1/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese 1 point
  • Everything else is optional but I also added
  • 1 tblspoon diced yellow onion 0 points
  • 1 can mushrooms 0 points
  • 1 tblspoon pitted kalamata olives 1 point
  • 1 tspoon old bay 0 points

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Take a round baking dish or pie dish and spray with cooking spray. Place tortilla on it.
  2. In separate bowl, stir together eggs, cottage cheese and anything else you wish to add. Pour mix onto tortilla. Top with fat free mozzarella cheese.
  3. Put dish in oven 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle old bay on top. Enjoy! pizza. 3 weight watchers points total.
