Ingredients
- 16 oz Carrot Chips
- 1 teaspoon Season Salt
- Olive Oil Spray
Instructions
- Start off by washing, peeling and cutting the carrots into even slices if you didn’t buy presliced carrots.
- It is important to try and cut the carrots the same thickness for consistent cooking.
- Put the carrots into a bowl and lightly spray them with olive oil spray. Sprinkle the season salt and toss to coat the carrots evenly.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Add the carrot chips in an even layer. Try not to overcrowd the basket so the carrots cook more evenly. You may have to cook the carrots in batches depending on how big your air fryer is.
- Air fry at 390°F for 6 minutes and then shake the basket. Spray a little more olive oil spray if desired. Continue cooking for an additional 3-6 minutes depending on how done you like your carrots.
- Cook until they reach your desired level of crispiness.
- Serve hot.
