Dairy Free Coffee Ice Cream

This Weight Watchers dairy free coffee ice cream is the perfect guilt free treat! No need to worry about splurging unnecessary points with this one! 

When it comes to Weight Watchers and desserts, life can get a little tricky. There’s only so many points in a day, after all! Try this Weight Watchers dairy free coffee ice cream the next time you have a sweets craving.

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium banana sliced frozen
  • ¼ cup espresso at room temp
  • 1 tbsp honey completely optional and not counted in the points
  • ½ tsp vanilla I prefer coffee extract if you can find it, but vanilla is easier to find!

Instructions

  • Brew coffee. I made my coffee and sweetened with just a bit of sugar to my liking, as I was worried the ice cream would turn out a bit bitter. 1/4 cup espresso , 1 tbsp honey
  • Let it cool.
  • In a food processor, add the frozen bananas, coffee, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy. 3 medium banana, 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Take it back to the freezer for an hour.

Notes

This recipe serves 2 servings. If your bananas are more than 1 cup total you can count the points for the bananas. I don’t because my bananas were not a substantial amount over that 1 cup calculation. 

If you add sweetener to your coffee you need to count it so it would be 2 Blue Plan Points, 2 Green Plan Points, 2 Purple Plan Points
